![]() I might start with CLX, it looks fun, short and I've never done it before, I also thought it would be a good re-starting point. My question are: what do you do after you complete a 90 day strength rotation? Do you follow it with another one? What are you go to strength training? When do you mix in other kind of rotations (endurance, metabolic, body weight, kettlebells, etc.)? Do you use supplements or think they are necessary? I need some focus, guidance and advice! But, I'd like to start lifting heavier again, so I'm thinking on going back to a strength based rotation when I get to finish the one I'm doing now. ![]() ![]() I've been doing endurance and metabolic based workouts/rotations for a good while now, I've been using light to moderate weights (12 lbs max) except for kbs which I can go a bit heavier with those. ![]()
